Climate Impact and Hazard Assessment of Assets

Information about potential natural hazards and to which degree an asset is exposed is of immanent importance. For properties that are potentially at risk, an in-depth analysis of the hazard situation is necessary. The alpS GmbH offers a training in which the expert knowledge for a better assessment of the natural hazard risk is provided. Furthermore, due to the accelerating anthropogenic climate change, the process understanding in real estate evaluation with a view to future aggravated natural hazard situations becomes more important and is taken into account within the scope of the training.
