Climate risk analysis of TIWAG's power plant operations

The aim of the project is to carry out a comprehensive screening of climate-related hazards and associated risks for selected power plants of Tiroler Wasserkraft AG (TIWAG). The climate risk analysis is carried out from the perspective of power plant operation. In a participatory process, the climate hazards are analysed on the basis of local expert knowledge. The future development of the hazard potential is estimated for the near and distant future and for three development scenarios. The damage and hazard potential forms the basis for the final risk assessment.
