HoPI4 – Flood forecast for the Tyrolean Inn

As part of the HoPI4 project, the flood forecasting system for the Inn river in Tyrol has undergone significant further development. The main components were as follows: (i) a direct coupling of the snow hydrological model SES with the runoff model HQsim, (ii) the standardisation of the basic model data and derivation concepts across the entire Inn catchment area and (iii) the recalibration of all models.
