Transformation dispute - conception and moderation

This is not a panel discussion - as the name suggests, the Transformation Controversy centred on social change and conflict. We brought the central questions of transformation onto the stage and let the discrepancies dance. After all, diversity enriches life, and a democracy in which people do not argue is not a true democracy.
The transformation debate was not a panel discussion, but a collective exchange. The aim was to activate not just two, but a hundred perspectives and emotions. Participants were invited to actively contribute - whether in pairs, in threes, in plenary, objectively or passionately, but always respectfully.
When was the last time you had the opportunity to discuss with someone who really had a different opinion? This was an opportunity to question your own convictions and develop them further.
